Our First Show Home Grand Opening!

Join in the fun of Laurel Green’s first NEW show home Grand Opening. Five beautiful show homes will be open for viewing in Stage 10 along with loads of great family fun, Saturday, September 12th, from noon to 4:30 p.m.

The show homes feature two duplex style designs with front attached single or double garages and three laned single family home designs from Lincolnberg Homes, Landmark Legacy Homes and Urban Luxury Homes respectively. These innovative designs range from 1,100 sq.ft to over 1,500 sq.ft. and are ideal for couples and growing active families of every age.

The community also features an extensive selection of contemporary styled townhomes from Homes By AVI. Their new townhome sales centre will also be introduced during the Grand Opening.

For those wanting a larger single family home with a double front attached garage, Laurel Green has regular and pie cul de sac or amenity home sites for this style. Urban Luxury Homes and Landmark Legacy Homes can offer information on homes for these type of lots.

During the Grand Opening each show home will feature delicious snacks like petite sandwiches, roll ups or croissants, fruit or veggie platters, sweets and juice or water. There will be FREE balloons for children.

Each show home will host an Enter To Win contest open to all guests with great prizes that include small appliances like bread makers, juicers and more. Winners will be selected and notified Monday, September 21st.

Laurel Green is an amenity rich Dream community in southeast Edmonton, adjacent the new Meadows Recreation and Community Centre. Construction of a new K to 9 school is scheduled to begin in Laurel Green in 2016 as reported on the City Of Edmonton Public School system website. It will be open for classes in the fall of 2017.
