Thank You To Everyone Who Attended The Terrace Park Garden Party!

Date: 18.06.08 News

Clear skies, sizzling grills and stunning new show homes left Terrace Park buzzing with excitement as families and friends gathered to enjoy our garden party on Saturday, May 26.

Delicious food and treats, including New Asian Village snacks and delicious ball park frank hot dogs, were served to hundreds of guests and complemented by many family friendly activities courtesy of Dream Development. There was not a dull moment for anyone the whole day.

Children embraced a world of colourful adventure with a Pixar themed bouncy castle and games; plus, a balloon twister and face paint artist who brought their imagination to life. Terrace Park’s new playground was also a huge crowd favourite, drawing delighted kids in to climb, run and play under the sun.

Adults were able to experience first-hand Terrace Park’s innovative neighbourhood design and superb single-family living by touring six new show homes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were readily available to tackle any questions. Our two participating show home builders - Homes by Avi and Landmark Homes - provided several upgraded detached garage model homes with prices starting from just the $380’s. These well crafted homes also offer an assortment of extra features including sweeping front porches, front and backyard landscaping, low maintenance vinyl fencing, exclusive access to a vast green space and brand new K to 9 school just outside your front door.
For some added excitement, an Enter To Win contest in the show homes provided guests with an opportunity to win a bistro-style patio set or zero gravity chair. These contests are still running until June 22. So if you haven’t entered yet get out to the show homes and enter to win.

Many families captured some precious memories of the event and their time together in the family photo booth.

Thank you to everyone who shared this event with us! It was a huge success and a special day for the community.
