Landmark Moves To New Show Home - Temporarily.

The beginning of December was marked by the start of the countdown to the holiday season and the moving of Landmark Homes to its new single family laned show home at 2431 19A Avenue NW. Until late January 2017, Landmark will occupy their new Belize model home – a 1,212 square foot two storey design that offers three bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.

In the new year, Landmark will move into two new laned show homes just around the corner from its current Belize model on the south end of 24 Street. These new show homes will be Landmark’s first zero lot line designs introduced in Laurel Green and represent a completely new home style for the company in this community. These homes will also be some of the most sustainably built homes in the city offering dozens of environmentally friendly features and upgrades as standard that include energy efficient building design and components and solar enabled technology to help power the residence more cost effectively.
